The Kreider ranch is located in Eastern Montana near the town of Sand Springs. Our hunters will have the opportunity to harvest Mule Deer, whitetails Antelope and upland game birds. As an added bonus prairie dog hunting and varmints are available at no additional charge.
This 40,000 acre ranch is prairie hunting at it's finest. Rolling hills and coulees make up the majority of the landscape here. This is one of our least strenuous hunts. We will be aggressively managing this property for trophy big game animals, so hunting will be limited to 3 groups of 4 hunters per year for deer and 4 groups of hunters for Antelope. Hunters should have a 100% opportunity on nature 5x5 deer mule deer or Whitetails and Antelope hunting is great with bucks of 15” common. AA CARIBOU: Hunt the Mulchatna Caribou herd, the second largest in the world. 200,000 plus animals that run in herds from 50-60,000. Southwest Alaska, home to bull moose and Alaska's famous Mulchatna caribou herd. This self guided hunt is a great buget conscious way to wxperience some of Alaska's best hunting. The outfitter provides most of your camp for you. All you need to bring is food, personal gear and rifle. He also provide radios and is in contact every other day . Prices are all inclusive with no extra bush plane flight fees or other suprise expensis. Grant Winn hunted here last year with another Hunt America Client and both took nice bulls on the fist day. Moose are plentiful in this area with bulls ranging from 60" to 70". Float hunts are available and black bear can be added for a trophy fee. This ranch offers a majority of the big game species found in Montana. Elk, deer (whitetail & Mule), antelope, bear and mountain lion all live on this property. There is 4,200 acres of private land which backs up to a huge amount of public land on the North end of the Crazy Mountains. We have videotaped over 100 whitetails in the creek bottom eating in the alfalfa fields. Over 30 of them were bucks, with quite a few 4 and 5 pointers. Over the last three years, we have had a total of 38 hunters on the property with a 40% success rate on elk and 95% on deer. The elk and mule deer live in mountainous country with pines and parks. This is the most strenuous of our ranch hunts, prepare to do some hiking to be successful on elk. We provide a complete wall tent camp, first come, first served for groups of two or more. This camp is also set up where all you need to bring is your sleeping bag and food. No more than four hunters per week will be allowed on the property.
